This Review is for the Service Department Not only was my experience purchasing my BMW 535i pleasurable, but the pulse of any sales organization is measured by its service. My first two visits Not only was my experience purchasing my BMW 535i pleasurable, but the pulse of any sales organization is measured by its service. My first two visits were for very minor issues (1st trip b/c a bulb was out in my trunk, 2nd was today, where my fog light bulb was out), With such a very small issue they treated it as if I had something majorly go wrong and most importantly... I was out of their with in an hour and NO charges for the bulbs.... I have to give a shout out to Marie McCarthy who took my initial call for scheduling, then following up with the appointment (via email) to handing me a $0.00 invoice. Dealerships I've dealt with before would have prioritized my issue and probably kept my car for the day... haha, have you had that happen to you before? I'm so glad I purchased the extended bumper to bumper warranty because now I don't have to have any worries/stress when something goes wrong with my vehicle!! This is a top notch outfit and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!! They have a lifer in me now... Happy New Year, David Pennie More

I worked with Ed - very nice, no pressure, wants to make the customer happy, stayed late to finish our paperwork. When I got home and realized I only got one key fob, I called Ed, who said he would look into it. They ordered a second key fob for me free of charge, which I greatly appreciate. Would recommend. Frustrated with the way I was treated. This dealership is a nightmare. I saw a vehicle online and drove there to see if it was available. The guy showed me the vehicle and told me it was ready. I went to my bankers and got a preapproved check to purchase. These people did not tell me the vehicle in question had no title, instead they started the whole paper work, took an amount $500.00 as deposit before telling me unfortunately, they did not have the title of the vehicle and I have to wait for a week before the possessing the vehicle. How can you advertise something without being ready. I just talk to my lawyer about my deposit, it will be a legal case if that amount is not refund. Be careful whenever you are purchasing a vehicle here. Make sure all information is provided before making a move. I do not trust them More

I drove in Saturday 12/12/15 at 10:30 AM and was on the road with the new car that same day by 12:30 PM. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and Kevin made it happen.
