I was contacted by Ryan who was very attentive in setting up an appointment. On the day of the viewing Ryan met me at the door and introduced me to Josh, my sales representative. Josh was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable on the Car. During the transaction, Josh was very prompt in dealing with all the issues and obstacles that came up. I did trade in an Audi A8 and would have liked a little more for it, but it did have issues and the Sales Manager Stu, showed me documentation which supported their reasoning. I also did some financing and worked with Renel to get this done. He too, was very knowledgeable and got me the best deal out there. During my entire experience Josh made me very comfortable, conversed with me during the wait times, never left me alone or in a lounge and introduced me to all the key players at the dealership. I appreciated that. As with buying any used car, if you don't do your research and aren't happy with your purchase then shame on YOU. My overall experience with this Dealership was a pleasure. Autobahn stocks lots of makes and models so having someone with Josh's background is extremely helpful when you're trying to understand the comparisons. I enjoyed working with Josh and appreciated his diligence in getting everything finalized. The reason I can't give Autobahn 5 stars is because their business manager is clueless and does not understand the concept that some people may not want to finance a car for 60 months. Bring your own bank financing and avoid that guy. More

The line of communication was opened with Roberta when I checked availability through the Autobahnusa.com website; she contacted me quickly to set an appointment and figure out some of the preliminary details. As promised, the car would be out front ready for a test drive by the time of my appointment. John took me out for the drive, allowed me to become comfortable with the car before trying to "sell" me on the features and amenities - an appreciated low pressure tactic. Having done my homework before engaging the dealership, I knew what the car offered and what I was looking for. John was excellent to work with through the negotiation phase as well. I had my numbers ready (trade value, insurance information, APR on pre-approved loan, etc.) and knew what I should be paying when all said and done. What I really appreciated was that John took my numbers, fact-checked everything, and never tried to haggle me out of anything I provided which ultimately makes the customer feel as though they're getting a deal they're comfortable with. They were even able to secure a slightly lower APR than what I was quoted from my credit union - something they didn't need to do as the savings are purely for my benefit. Unintended extras like this go a long way. The car was cleaned and prepped, ready to go by the time the ink dried on the contract. All in all, a very easy experience. More

He listened and recommended a vehicle that suited my everyday needs. After driving the car for a month there was a small issue that was covered by the warranty. What speaks loudly is how they handled that situation. Extremely accommodating. (This had to do with the manufacturer not Autobahn USA). The Dealership did not have any loner cars and I had to pay for a rental. When I called autobahn and told them the situation they personally called enterprise, paid for a rental, and had the vehicle waiting for me.they went Above and beyond. A big thanks to Stew the manger, Josh, and the sales team at Autobahn USA. More
