The cars were spotless and could have had 2016 stickers and you'd never know. They gave me the best price up front and it was downhill from there. Gave us the "price" and we knew it was the fairest and best price we had received. We liked the honesty/integrity of both Paul and Kyle (the manager) in our face-to-face interactions with both of them. Their attention to detail is also second to none. This all happened without a hitch, I love the 2014 Mercedes that I purchased, John did a spectacular job at getting everything taken care of and I will be recommending John and Autobahn to all that I know. I liked this one the best after comparing to the others, and it remained a relatively good value, low mileage, completely loaded, and well-priced. So I went with it. Plus, the Finance manager, Renel, was able to search I find a super deal for me. I knew I had good credit and had high expectations, and he was able to beat the best I found elsewhere. 2.09% APR for 48 months. Erik really knows most all of the very complicated gadgetry/electronics, and spent a lot of time with me overall, including after taking delivery, to help explain and demo them. THANKS! Here I was greeted right away and the sales person, Josh McClasky, did a very good job of showing me two cars that were exactly what I was looking for and explaining to me the process. The day after the purchase (before delivery), I kinda shook things up by changing the delivery date and adding a trade. Josh rose to the task and got everything ready for me in a very abbreviated time period. The car was ready to go and all the paperwork complete despite my short notice, and I drove off happy in my car. More
