This is my second purchase from Dedham Automall.First was in 2009 when I bought for my wife an Acura MDX, which continues to run great. In the last ten days, I was in the market for another vehicle and was trying to decide between an Acura TSX and a Honda Accord. I dealt with two gentlemen at the dealership, Charles Cooper and David Walsh. They showed me a 2009 Acura TSX and a 2009 Honda Accord V6. Both gentlemen were very informative, easy going and no pressure tactics whatsoever. They offered me to test both cars more than once if I wanted to (there was no need for me to do that). After a couple of days of thinking about both cars, I decided on the Honda Accord. Paperwork was very smooth. Although I had already arranged for financing from my bank, they offered to see if they could get me a better rate, which they did and as a result, I went ahead with them. All in all, excellent experience and strongly recommend both gentlemen as professional salesmen to do business with. More

I recently purchased a used car from the Dedham Auto Mall. The sales team was receptive and friendly and provided enough space for me to look around without feeling "watched". Sean Townes has exceptional customer service skills and I was very pleased in how he handled the whole transaction. I would recommend doing business with Sean from a sales perspective. Where I was disappointed in the transaction is with the service of the vehicle, when I had the vehicle inspected the inspection station had to replace 4 bulbs which indicates to me the car was not given a good checkout before delivery. Sean again was very apolgetic and had he known or noticed would have had the bulbs replaced. I am going to contact the delaership to see if they will address another service issue I have with the vehicle. If things work out well I will update my rating and append my comments. More
