This was a long-distance sight unseen purchase of a high mile BMW. Through the resources of the BMW Car Club of America (BMW CCA) I was able to have an inspection of the car prior to purchase and it turned mile BMW. But the true focus of this business transaction is the sales person I worked with from day one. Mark responded to my initial inquiry before the car was photographed and worked with me for several weeks to reach my comfort zone. He was more than accommodating in having me use surrogates to inspect the car. The time and personal attention as well as non-existant pressure was fabulous. I've bought many cars over the years and found this experience to be truly what a buyer anticipates as the near-perfect buying experience. Two thumbs up for Dedham and especially for Mark Fenore. After driving 2 hours and sitting dow with Mark he told me that they didn't have any of the vehicles that I was considering, and that they "probably were sold the previous day because it was end of month." Then without apologizing, he proceded to start talking about other vehicles that they did have in stock. Classic bait and switch and over 10 days later, they still have 2x of the 3x vehicles that they DON'T HAVE IN INVENTORY, posted on their website and several other car search sites. I would warn everyone to stay clear of this place! More

A happy owner of a used Acura MDX. I traded in a vehicle on its last legs for this new gem. Came in settled on a Lexus RX350 but ended up a happy convert to Acura fan. We test drove a few cars and at first I was not entirely certain about the MDX. However, I felt no pressure to buy it right there and then, unlike other dealerships. Worked with Keith and shared some good stories on blown transmissions and trucking while test driving vehicles. The sale happened right before a holiday and the staff were prompt on handling the paperwork. The vehicle needed some service items (fluid changes mostly). Took it to their off-site service center. They addressed the issues and inspected the car. Very happy with my new car. More

The brain behind the man's fiery locks of red hair and flaming beard fires on all cylinders as well: he knows just about everything about the process of selling you the car, hooking you up with a great financing situation and is on a first name basis with every mechanic-like-fellow in their massive service department. Seriously folks, Keith doesn't wear a green outfit, but he sure as xxxx sits on a pot of gold at the end of your used car rainbow. Don't be surprised if he sells you a car, then sells your grandmother a car, then your uncle and then shows up at your next family reunion. He's that good, all kidding aside. I found my 2010 Acura TSX in an online search for a used vehicle. I really liked the Acuras 2009 or newer and I had driven a few but was looking for the best price for the newest vehicle with the lowest mi vehicle. I really liked the Acuras 2009 or newer and I had driven a few but was looking for the best price for the newest vehicle with the lowest miles, I couldn't beat the deal for the Acura I found at Dedham Auto Mall and I called and Chris and I set up an appointment for early the next day and drove almost an hour to see the car. It was in beautiful condition and I had to have it. Chris was a great help in getting me all the information I needed in a short period of time and I was able to get financing and drive my new car off the lot that day which I had not expected! He was even gracious enough to follow me to the gas station and put a half a tank of gas in my new car. Chris and all the others at Dedham Auto Mall in Walpole were very helpful, friendly and my over all experience was great! More
