After purchasing my vehicle with great customer service and very attentive financing process I thought my experience and relationship with DAM would more than likely continue for many years. 2 weeks afte and very attentive financing process I thought my experience and relationship with DAM would more than likely continue for many years. 2 weeks after my purchase, I find myself sitting in a Mercedes Benz Service Department having my car inspected ( as it was sold to me uninspected unbeknown to me) and found necessary parts on the car ( oil related) were missing! When I called the dealership to inform them parts were missing and a reputable RI Dealership quoted me 100s of dollars to replace said items..I was told by DAM that they could get the parts for me cheaper ( not sure why I have to pay anything for a car that should have these necessary parts) I told the sales person I would not pay a dime and I wanted to be made whole. The salesman was going to look into it...I never got a call back. I called again and I was told the parts missing are not a safety issue! I told them the parts missing are necessary in the functionality of the car! The salesman again said he would look into it. I NEVER heard back. I decided it was a losing battle and this is the price you pay for buying from this type of dealership. Just beware when buying from DAM. Have the car completely inspected befor you sign any financial commitment. They want your money and want you off the lot. Be VERY CAUTIOUS!!!! More

Mark was hands down the best car salesman I have ever experienced. He was very professional and friendly, along with not being your typical car salesman.
