Mark was hands down the best car salesman I have ever experienced. He was very professional and friendly, along with not being your typical car salesman. He didn't push you into a car, like most salesman experienced. He was very professional and friendly, along with not being your typical car salesman. I was in and out in the matter of an hour or so. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership; you will not leave feeling like you were pushed or exhausted with sitting at the dealership all day. I recently purchased a new car at Dedham Automall. Before going I did some homework on line and found the car I was looking for. I called and spoke with Mark Ferone. He took my number and the vehicl Before going I did some homework on line and found the car I was looking for. I called and spoke with Mark Ferone. He took my number and the vehicle information and said I will call you right back, within 5 minutes I got a call back as promised and said the car was there. I asked if I could stop by within the hour to look at it and he said that would be fine just ask for him when I got there. Once there Mark had the car ready to look at and take for a test drive. I knew I wanted the car right away so Mark got all the paper work ready and sat with me for a while and explained everything in full detail what he needed to do to make the sale go as smooth as possible. Mark went above and beyond for me. He gave me a trade in well above what my old car was even worth plus took another 1,000 off the asking price even though they don't do that because they already have the lowest prices and on top of that I was hoping Mark would match the finance rate of my credit union but again went above and beyong and got me an even lower finance rate. Plus he helped me by giving me different monthly payment options instead of just telling this will be your monthly payment. I asked him if I could have the car that day he said he wanted to make sure it was cleaned up and gased up for me and that If it was alright with me I could pick it up the following morning before work. Sure enough Mark made a call to me the next morning confirming with me that my car would be ready as he promised. I have had my new car about a week and I have received a few emails and followup calls to see how everything is going from Mark and I recently emailed him and I received a reply not even 10 minutes later. This overall has been the best experience I have ever had when looking for a new car. Mark was very friendly, informative and very down to earth he wasn't pushy trying to make a sale he was very patient as I went back and forth with my husband on the phone and took the time to answer my questions and concerns and went to great lengths to help me get the car I wanted.
