Mark was a fantastic individual to work with. He actually listened (which in my experience with car sales does not always happen). Went in a couple of times to check a few used cars listed on the web-site and met John Paquette , who was extremely patient and helpful in helping me select the car , there were no high pressur listed on the web-site and met John Paquette , who was extremely patient and helpful in helping me select the car , there were no high pressure sales tactics involved and allowed me to test a number of cars on their lot . Though the visits to the dealership were spread across a couple of weeks , there were no continuous follow up phone calls and i could take my time in making a decision and continue to shop around . I told John Paquette the year , car , the mileage range and the out of the door price that i was willing to pay and though there were no cars available at the time in the lot , he found one that fit my description and needs and within my price range . the rest of the process of buying the car and going over the details of the protection packages etc was quite smooth and quick. Follow up - And since the car failed inspection due to slightly worn out tires , John followed up on it and replaced it with new tires with no additional charges .
