disappointed very disappointed. told that my car was ready for pick on Monday, had to wait til Thursday. Got there, didn't have my registration ready. Didn't had my main key for the car. Instead, gave me the spare key and they will order the key. WAited 3 weeks for they key and called back. Was told to give them couple of days. Had my car only for 3 weeks and theres a check engine light on. Called them for a Manuel book and they respond was like they don't know where its at. More

We had purchased a car at the Dedham Auto Mall in 2004. When we walked in the door, everyone said "hello" and made us feel welcome. Mark Fenore was the salesman who helped us. He listened to what we wanted, then had some suggestions for us. We took a 2011 BMW 3 Series car out for a test drive. The price was fabulous and we loved the car. It had low mileage, one owner, and a good record. We hadn't thought that a 2011 car would be in our price range, but this one was and we loved it. Mark was very patient with us and walked us though the process of buying the car. He had suggestions for financing and warrantee coverage. He arranged for all the MA compliance items to be completed, like registry and insurance regulations. He was so organized that we were able to drive off the lot that day with our new car! Mark made the whole experience pleasant and non-stressful. He was patient and respectful. When we're ready for our next car, I'm sure we'll return to the Dedham Auto Mall. They're great! More

Mark was a fantastic individual to work with. He actually listened (which in my experience with car sales does not always happen). I've bought a few cars in my time. I knew what I was looking for. Even though I get the color I wanted, Myron came though for me.within a week they had the car I was looking for minus the colors. Went in a couple of times to check a few used cars listed on the web-site and met John Paquette , who was extremely patient and helpful in helping me select the car , there were no high pressur listed on the web-site and met John Paquette , who was extremely patient and helpful in helping me select the car , there were no high pressure sales tactics involved and allowed me to test a number of cars on their lot . Though the visits to the dealership were spread across a couple of weeks , there were no continuous follow up phone calls and i could take my time in making a decision and continue to shop around . I told John Paquette the year , car , the mileage range and the out of the door price that i was willing to pay and though there were no cars available at the time in the lot , he found one that fit my description and needs and within my price range . the rest of the process of buying the car and going over the details of the protection packages etc was quite smooth and quick. Follow up - And since the car failed inspection due to slightly worn out tires , John followed up on it and replaced it with new tires with no additional charges .
