Terrible Service,Too Many Excuses Just bought a car here and the service is terrible. They were suppose to have the car ready for us on a Friday and we drove down to pick it up and the Just bought a car here and the service is terrible. They were suppose to have the car ready for us on a Friday and we drove down to pick it up and they told us they never said that. Then we were suppose to pick it up on a Monday and they lost our Insurance information and other information so we had to tell them it again! The front bumper of the car was suppose to be fixed because a few of the clips were broken. It was never fixed and when we brought it down to their service center they said they were going to glue it! They also told us that everything was going to be done for us i.e. the registration, plates, insurance and inspection. They only did half of it. They gave us a car to drive of the lot with no inspection sticker. We call them and they told us we are suppose to do it ourselves and what happens if it doesn't pass???? You tell me. The worse dealership I have ever been to and I have bought enough cars in my lifetime to know. STAY AWAY!!!!!! More
Stay Away Stay away! I bought a car last week. In the negotiations, I offered them $2,000 less than asking because I knew the tires and brakes needed replacemen Stay away! I bought a car last week. In the negotiations, I offered them $2,000 less than asking because I knew the tires and brakes needed replacement. I knew this because I had several of the same model cars so I knew when the brakes required replacement. The tire condition was obvious. They agreed to a higher price and promised to replace the brakes and tires prior to delivery. Upon closing the deal, I made it clear I did not want a lower tier tire and also made it clear I wanted the brakes replaced (pads definitely and rotors if required)….they agreed. They called to tell me the car was ready. They had put the lower tier tires on and assured me the brakes had been replaced. Mats, which were missing but promised to be replaced, were the wrong color. I ended up paying for the upgraded tires (difference) myself just to get the car. While driving, it appeared the brakes were not new so I asked again and was assured this was done. When I got home with the car, I had the brakes checked. All pads had less than 50% left and the rotors had nothing done. They blatantly lied and now I will be forced to chase this down with them in court if necessary. I live almost 50 miles away and this will be a problem. I have called and after asking the person who answered the phone for the owner's e-mail, that he did not know and did not even know the owners name. Finally got the owners name and asked for a callback. Nothing yet nor do I expect a callback or expect them to honor their deal. While there today to pick up my car another woman was complaining about deceptive promises and apparently left without purchasing. I would not be surprised to learn that these reviews were submitted by the staff. Check out the reviews on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from this place. More
HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP Do not purchase a vehicle here unless you are a MA resident. They are not helpful to out of state purchasers and promise items that they do not carry Do not purchase a vehicle here unless you are a MA resident. They are not helpful to out of state purchasers and promise items that they do not carry through on. Customer service is horrible,.. after 3 weeks of email the salesmen, I have still not heard a word from him. Car goes in for inspection this week and in cursory overview it will need work done to it to pass. When you are purchasing a $25,000 from A LUXURY AUTO DEALER you would expect to get a car it top shape condition. I would NOT recommend them to anyone! More
Luxury car with substandard service. I am not a person who generally writes reviews, however, given the circumstances of my recent purchase I felt it was important for me to speak my mind I am not a person who generally writes reviews, however, given the circumstances of my recent purchase I felt it was important for me to speak my mind. I have always owned new cars, my most recent was a 2009 Nissan 370Z. To say that this car was in perfect condition would be minimizing the shape that it was in. The interior and exterior were kept in as good a shape as when I picked it up in February of 2010. All maintenance and repair were done on schedule and there was only 27,000 miles on this vehicle. The reason I'm elaborating on these facts is because I was not in need of a new car and, given the amount of miles that I put on this vehicle annually, it probably would have lasted me another 10-15 years. On July 14th, I was driving by the Auto Mall on Route 114 in Peabody and I saw a very sharp sporty red car in the front lot. On a whim I went in expecting it to be a standard transmission as well as being out of the price range that I'd be willing to pay. Neither of those facts were true so I was lured in immediately. The salesman's name was Joe T. and he is at the center of my displeasure. He told me he would be there the following day all day (until 8:00 PM) so that I could bring my car in to be looked at. I called him the next morning to find that he was only going to be there until 5:00 PM. I readjusted my schedule so that I could have my car looked at and to find out what kind of deal could be made. When I got there one of the owners, John, suggested that I take the car for a test drive before any conversation ensured to make sure that I was comfortable driving it. During this process I had a few questions for Joe regarding if this vehicle needed snow tires and I was told that it did not. While we were on our test drive he took 2-3 personal phone calls from his family, which was somewhat distracting, and when I commented on the condition of some of the leather interior as well as the level of cleanliness of this vehicle, my concerns were answered with "its a BMW." I really like this car, but the truth of the matter was my Nissan was in better condition. When we got back to the dealership I ran the numbers and had further conversation with John (the owner) who also told me I didn't need snow tires. Let me be clear at this point that I didn't car if the car needed snow tires. That was a process that I was used to with my Nissan. I just wanted clarity. Joe T.'s answers to most of my questions continued to refer to the fact that "this is a BMW." The market value of this vehicle was good. I was able to do some comparative searches and found that the price was reasonable. I wanted the leather on the front seat fixed and I wanted the car detailed because the interior was dirty. The trunk area was filled with grass and dirt and I felt that, whether this car was used or not, it should be delivered in clean condition. During the next two days I heard some very troubling feedback from some local business people regarding the reputation of this dealership and the kinds of vehicles that they sell. That was concerning to me, so we had the car checked by a local body shop. Once we got beyond those issues I went ahead with the purchase. The day that I picked up the car the leather in the front seat had been repaired, however the car had not been cleaned. When I got on to the highway I then found that there was less than a quarter of a tank of gas and there were no floor mats on the floor. I called Joe when I got home with these concerns and was told he "would make good on it." My husband went in to the dealership two days later to get my registration and when he mentioned the gas and floor mat issue, Joe made light of it with no apology. Since purchasing this vehicle I had it detailed myself at the cost of $200.00. Obviously I had to fill the tank and I had to purchase floor mats at the cost of $150.00. I had the car inspected by the BMW dealership and was told quite emphatically that this vehicle needs snow tires. The focus of this complaint is not on the car itself. I was fortunate that this vehicle was one of their better ones to come out of this dealership. It would have been more professional for these individuals to have been honest with me and followed through with minimal curtesy regarding these issues. If you are selling luxury vehicles, than your stall should reach that same level of quality. Prior to purchasing my vehicle from this dealership I had heard some positive things from a friend of mine who had done business with them in the past. Since this experience, and looking on line at the BBB website, i would have concerns with future purchases. I did appreciate some of John's communications with me, however, my interactions and final communications with the salesman were less than professional. More

Great Experience Great price, great customer service, no pressure hassle. Car was out of balance and the tires were worn and they took care of that issue immediately. Great Deal - Great Car - Exceptional Salesman I initially was visiting the dealer to take a look at a Lexus RX 350 that I saw online. When I arrived to the dealer I was immediately met by David. M I initially was visiting the dealer to take a look at a Lexus RX 350 that I saw online. When I arrived to the dealer I was immediately met by David. My initial expectation was, "I hope this guy doesn't try to play me for a fool!" Wow...was I wrong. The level of service I received was nothing short of incredible. I didn't purchase the Lexus as intended...I purchased a fully loaded BMW X5. The car that I really wanted but didn't think I would find a good deal on. David was masterful and really allowed me the leverage needed to make my own decision. Had he been too overbearing I would have left. But he was great. I was able to get a good value on the trade in vehicle and a deal better than expected on the new BMW. Great job David on going above and beyond! If you were not there...I would not have purchased a vehicle that day. You are a difference maker who adds tremendous value to the customer experience. More
