I was specifically in the mark Charles Cooper and his team are doing a fantastic job. First of all Dedham has a great inventory of pre-owned vehicles. I was specifically in the market for a BMW 5 series. We made a testdrive with a nice BMW 5 series, but Charles also directed my attention to a different vehicle as the own we test drived. He was trully right. A great car. Charles and the general manager did some price concession and provided a good deal. We agreed on some minor repairs (on the wheel and a ding in the door). They exceeded our expectations on these repairs and delivered a beautifull BMW 5 series from 2011 which is almost like brand new. Again go to Charles for a great buying experience and the pre-owned car you are looking for. More
