The day the 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman came on the lot I called to schedule a test drive. Marat Grigoryan answered all questions I had, was very accommodating to my schedule since I was coming in from 2+ hours away, and never once pressured me into the sale. Because the car came in literally the day before it hadn't made it into the shop nor had it been cleaned (you could smell the cigarette smoke) but Marat made sure all would be taken care of by the time I came back to pick it up. Just a heads up for anyone with smell sensitivities, while it didn't smell like smoke anymore when I picked it up, the cleaning products used were quite strong and are still very much present 2 weeks later. Other than that, Marat checked in regularly before and after pick up and took care of registering the car out of state for me. I'd recommend working with Dedham again. More
