HATE BUYING CARS!! Though I have been buying cars as soon as I could drive, the process is always long and you do a lot of waiting around and responding to high pressur Though I have been buying cars as soon as I could drive, the process is always long and you do a lot of waiting around and responding to high pressure sales. This was not the case at Dedham Auto Mall. Though a certain amount of lag time is normal, I found this dealership to be brisk, friendly, relaxed and efficient. It has a very good, clear energy about it. I felt no pressure from our salesperson, Dennis, and he was always readily available to address any questions I had. They allowed us to take the vehicle to our personal mechanic, over an hour away, for inspection before buying. Other dealers wanted our mechanic to go to them, like that was going to happen!!! Good deal on my trade, lower document fees, and the car was washed and detailed at pick up. Closing the deal was actually fun! I would definitely do business here again. Ask for Dennis if you are in the market for a quality car and a great buying experience. More
