Painful I was promised delivery on 5/10/16 at 1:00pm. Received the vehicle on 5/11/16 at 9:30am in addition to be late with the delivery the car was filthy. I was promised delivery on 5/10/16 at 1:00pm. Received the vehicle on 5/11/16 at 9:30am in addition to be late with the delivery the car was filthy. The next day I brought the car and had it professionally clean at my expense. The rear windows were not functioning correctly they had no idea what was wrong. I agreed to have BMW repair it under warranty and it took 5 days to get the car back. In addition to the other issues I mentioned the car failed inspection because a dry rotted tire. BMW was going replace the tire to avoid the vehicle failing inspection for a safety violation (Cannot drive a vehicle with a failed inspection for safety). Instead Dedham Auto Mall wanted to save money and after 4 days of back and forth with salesman he wanted me to drive from Shrewsbury to Waltham on a tire that didn't pass state inspection to have it replaced somewhere else to save $119.00. I ended up replacing the rotted tire and 2 more tires on the vehicle 1 was a different make and the other barely passed inspection and yes at my expense. Mind you I paid 60,000 for a used vehicle and they didn't even inspect the car for safety. Dealership needs to pay attention to the customer as well as their wallet. More
