Great dealership to work with I purchased a 2012 Jeep from the Automall, without ever seeing it in person or shaking the hands of my salesman, Phil. I live 5 states away but Phil I purchased a 2012 Jeep from the Automall, without ever seeing it in person or shaking the hands of my salesman, Phil. I live 5 states away but Phil helped me out - he took additional photos that I requested, brought it in to the shop to answer some questions on the condition of the car, even had a part repaired that he noticed after I had agreed on the sale. We chatted by phone, email, and even facetime when my sister in law went to test drive the car for me, and shared paperwork by email fax and overnight mail. The experience was good and I do like the no haggle approach. The price was fair. I think I could have gotten slightly lower, but the finance department made up for it and got me a great rate, better than I found on my own. More
