I had trouble locating the exact address, so I called Dennis who came to my rescue promptly. He and his co worker whom I unfortunately forgot the name, nevertheless remember the face and even the voice were friendly and helpful. Dennis answered all my questions, did all paperwork and I never felt any pressure. It would be no problem if I had decided to walk way with no deal. Everything done nicely and smooth.
