Extremely Rude, Incompetent, and Unreliable. I called the dealership today to inquire about a vehicle that I intended on purchasing. The sales rep stated that he would call me back in 15 minutes I called the dealership today to inquire about a vehicle that I intended on purchasing. The sales rep stated that he would call me back in 15 minutes. After 4 hours of no return call, I called again. I was directed to another representative who had zero answers. I asked to speak with the Sales Manager and he stated that I could not, and that I could only speak to a sales rep if I wanted a car. When I pressed to speak to a manager, he simply continued to reiterate, "He's busy, call back", and then hung up on me. I called a final time, and was put through to someone who could barely articulate a complete sentence. I was finally able to decipher his utterances to be what I assume to be their standard line "He's busy, call back' before hanging up on me again. I simply want to thank them for helping me make my decision to purchase a vehicle elsewhere. I wouldn't trust these guys with the purchase of a ham sandwich, let alone a $20,000 vehicle. More

The only issue I had was that the vehicle I was interested in purchasing was at the outlet location in Walpole just a hop skip and a jump down the road so not really to much of an inconvenience. The staff was personable and Chris went above and beyond to insure that my vehicle was ready for pick up at the Dedham location at time of pickup. I would recommend this dealership to anyone lookin for a good clean used vehicle. More

Dedham Automall Used Car Experience I was in the market for a Nissan Rogue. I was either going to buy a new or used one. I saw a Rogue listed in Autotrader.com at Dedham Automall. It I was in the market for a Nissan Rogue. I was either going to buy a new or used one. I saw a Rogue listed in Autotrader.com at Dedham Automall. It was the right color & price. I stopped in Dedham and spoke with Salesman Mark Fenore about the car. He was superb in describing the car and the history. In short order, he got the car up to Dedham from the other car lot. He showed me the features and we did a test drive. The car was a match in what I was looking for. Mark is an excellent salesman, no pressure, easy to talk with and very cordial. I bought and picked up the car the following Saturday and registered it on Monday. I'm very pleased with the car. My experience with Dedham Automall was very pleasant. I would definitely go to them in the future when I'm looking to purchase another car. As an added bonus, my next oil change is free from them at their service center. More
