This car has been at dedham auto mall since September...7months + and still they have not been able to sell it. You would think that they would be more proactive in doing that once a customer shows real interest is buying the car...well apparently no!! Marat was who i deal with, he had little to no knowledge of the product he was selling...when asked about the warranty, he had no idea..i was speaking a different language. I had to find out for myself...the following day he just turned nasty, very rude and zero customer service skills. just read all other reviews on yelp and Facebook and many others, i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because i really liked the car but he was just so ignorant...same goes for everyone that works there, once you walk in its just a bunch of sleazy salesmen..its a shame, this place has potential but they need to clean out all these unfit employees they have...if i could attached the pictures of the text messages back and forth between Marat you would all understand...he should be fired immediately...if you don't like customer service don't do sale buddy!! very simply...save yourself a headache just avoid Dedham Auto Mall More
