Communication Woes The sales staff is generally nice to deal with, though they could use more training regarding timely communication. I purchased a previously owned MB The sales staff is generally nice to deal with, though they could use more training regarding timely communication. I purchased a previously owned MB E350 4Matic on a Monday afternoon and did not take delivery until 9 days later! My wife and I drove nearly 4 hours round trip on the following Sunday to take delivery of the car (it was supposed to be ready for pick up at 11:00 a.m.). No one bothered to leave a voice mail message (or an e-mail) informing us not to make the drive. It not only was not ready, it would not be ready until Wednesday noon. The driver's side headlight needed replacement. It had to be ordered. I thought it should have been overnight expressed (or 2nd day, at the very least). Apparently, that was not done. Orchestrating its re-programming at an MB dealership was hardly smooth or efficient. Phil was present on that Sunday and expressed his apology. He volunteered to either deliver the car (or meet me part way) when it was ready. Neither option materialized. I would recommend this dealership with reservations. Pity, because the staff and prices are about as nice as one gets. More

Had to go to real dealership for repairs. Total nightmare and still in it. $50,000 vehicle and they would not stand behind it at all. In 40 years of buying cars never had an experience this horrendous. Stay away from this dealership , once they get your money they do not care about you or stand behind any type of integrity. auto mall service center norwood These xxxxxxxx had my car for 28 days to replace my transmission. They wasted the first 3 days doing nothing. Then on day three they called me and said my car was Canadian and couldnt be worked on. I called Phil the guy who sold me the car and he immediately got it squared away and got back to me (on a wednesday). They didnt put the claim in until that friday. Then when they finally got the part on a Tuesday they didnt start working on it until I threw a fit at the auto mall in dedham and did the work on that saturday. Throughout the entire nightmare they never called me i always called them and felt completely in the dark. I'd call every other day or couple of days and they would act like i was unreasonable wondering why they had the part but nothing was getting fixed. I will never go back More
