I had an overall very unsatisfying experience with this dealership. First, the sales experience was horrible, like stated in an earlier post the salesman had not one clue about the car at all. Then they refused to give me a fair price on my trade in, which was valued at $24,000 and wanted to offer me $14,000. After almost a week of non stop calls they finally offered me a better deal that I took. Then they messed up my car sales tax, which of course made my monthly payment to higher than I wanted them. Then when I finally got the car I had nonstop problems that their service center never fixed. The drive to the service center is over an hour away and every time I made the trip my car was never fixed. I would never recommed this dealership to anyone, in fact I do the complete opposite and actively tell people how unprofessional and unorganized this place is. The prices are cheaper for a reason...keep that in mind and dont waste your time!!!!! More

I called regarding an issue I have been having with the car since it was purchased. The transmission and the starter, I called stating the car would not start and it has been having this issue, and has nee car since it was purchased. The man at the service center in Norwood (whom would not give his name only stating he was the manager) stated there was nothing he could do for me. He then continued to hang up on me. I then called the auto mall itself in tears explaining my car would not start and my 6 year old son and 2 week old daughter were in the car with me in the 20 degree weather. He said to give him 5 minutes to call back and he would send a tow out to get us along with giving me a rental car. I thought great this would work, but instead he called back asking if I could get a ride home and he would send out the tow to go to norwood, I told him I didnt want my car to go to norwood again since this problem keeps reoccuring, I asked if there was another service center it could be sent to, he said no. I then asked him if he would be able to find out if my extended warrenty was still active and he told me at this point he was already sending out a tow and he felt he had gone above and beyond his service duties and would not look up the information for me. And then when my boyfriend got on the phone with him to ask him why he couldnt look it up he tried to say I had an attitude and he was not going to help me anymore. My boyfriend was sitting there the whole time and heard the whole conversation he was getting annoyed b/c I was asking him to help me and he didnt want to do anymore work. I was recently looking for a used Nissan Pathfinder LE for my wife and was using Cars.com to find one. I ended finding several to choose from, but by far the best deal was at Dedham Auto Mall. The great thing about Dedham Auto Mall was the price is the price. As I have learned that many of the dealers advertise one price (which seems good) but once you read the fine print it turns out that price reflects $2000-$3000 in trade in etc. At Dedham the price is low and the cars are nice. They really have a nice selection of upper end uses cars. Our pathfinder was in great shape, had a clean car fax and was just what we were looking for. It has been over a month now since we bought the car and it passed NH inspection no problem and has been problem free (knock on wood). We worked with Neil and he was very low pressure, he let us take our time and in the end we spent a few minutes with the owner Tom and he was to say the least one cool guy. Once you meet Tom you can tell why they have such a great selection of fun, sporty, classy used cars. He just seems like a car buff and I wanted to ask him what he drives as I am sure it is a very cool car. Anyways, I have been back to Dedham Auto Mall already to purchase a car for myself and although I didn't quite find what I am looking for (in my price range), I think I am going to save up and splurge on one of their upper end cars in the future. I was originally excited when I found the car online and then I read the reviews and being from NH, I have to admit I was a little nervous about purchasing from this dealer. This is the most slimmy dealership out there. I went on a Sunday afternoon to test drive and kick some tires. Ended up falling in love with a MB - it had only 20,000 miles and was price a few thousand belo a Sunday afternoon to test drive and kick some tires. It took 2 hours from my arrival - we did all the paperwork, signed everything, I wrote a check...we just had to overnight things to Geico, which doesn't have an office in MA. Then things started to go downhill. Despite the financing having been taken care, the finance guy kept calling me with changes....oh, we'll give you this much for your Volvo, but the price of the MB will go up. After a few days, I found out who the lender was that they were working with and called them myself. The car was listed online for $21k. That's what the paperwork I signed said. Plus I wrote a check for $4,000. That equals $17,000 to be financied, right? The bank told me the loan application was for $26,000. What the heck?!?!?!?!? I stopped returning their calls. These guys should not be in business! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. More
