He was patient in showing me what I wanted and with answering my questions. He was more of a tour guide for the car than a sales guy. I couldn't recommend him and Dedham Automall more. Especially to people who are nervous about the car buying experience. They found me a great bank and were willing to show me other cars from different lots when I didn't want the original BMW I went to look at. I will be back for my next car! More
