This was the easiest place I have ever dealt with. I was window shopping and found a Mercedes SUV that I liked. Well, I was going to leave, but something told me to go in and inquire. Could not believe the miles were very low, price was lower than I expected, vehicle is in excellent condition and had the navigation and back up camera that I had in my car. I knew it would not be on the lot very long as there were about 4 other customers there driving off with cars. To make a long story short, Mark was great from the get-go. No pressure, he was honest and very pleasant allowing me to make the decisions. I was approved and driving out of there in 3 hours with the best vehicle I have every owned. He kept in touch with me and confirmed that all of the paperwork was dealt with through my insurance company and sent me an email thanking me.
