Dont ever do business with these people. Their vehicles are cheaper because they all have something major wrong with them. The Salesman Rodrigo Eymael was excellent, as was everyone else in the sales department. There was however a problem with the service department. They were suppose to replace tires on the car befor everyone else in the sales department. There was however a problem with the service department. They were suppose to replace tires on the car before I picked it up. When I got there, the first thing I did was look at the tires, one of them had a large chunk taken out of the sidewall, 2 others had bubbles in the side walls. They had only replaced one tire. The second issue was that the floor mats, which were in the trunk when I had first looked at the car, had been removed from the car. A fact that I did not realize until I arrived home and opened the trunk. Rodrigo was instrumental in resolving these issues in a timely and very satisfactory manner. One procedure that they employ, that I did not like, was that when I arrived at the showroom, I was informed that the car was at their service center several miles away. They wanted to complete the purchase (hand over the money, and sign the papers) then go to the service center to get the car. In the future I would not sign off until after seeing the car. The purchaser should be encouraged to view the car before signing, to ensure whatever they were suppose to fix, has been fixed. More

We found exactly what we were looking for but like everyone else I didn't want to deal with a car salesman. To my surprise the salesman (Rodrigo Eymael) was really friendly and at no point did I feel he was pushing me into making a decision which was priceless. Rodrigo took us for a test drive, my fiance fell in love with the car, same day we decided to buy the car. The car was a great but the assistance we received from Rodrigo was definitely what we appreciated the most. Rodrigo was helpful, honest and easy to talk to.
