I had my care towed there Sunday evening. I received a call from Eric first thing on Monday. The issue was still under warranty and I picked up the car at the end of the day. There is a certain level of service one expects when purchasing a $100k car. This service department fell very short of that expectation. I recently have been on a desperate quest to schedule a service purchasing a $100k car. This service department fell very short of that expectation. I recently have been on a desperate quest to schedule a service for my panamera, but was denied service not once but twice. I require a loaner car, as I have kids and a job, and had to make a service appointment a month in advance. Not once but twice!! my service was canceled the morning of due to no loaner available. The second cancellation came after confirming the appt the day before. They had a month to secure something, a rental, a car service, a freaking Uber, and couldn’t do it. The flippant “sorry” I got from the agent surprisingly didn’t make things better. I rearranged my schedule twice to accommodate their inconvenient demands and was still left disappointed. I will make it a point to never ever use this dealership for service or purchase and I advise others to do the same. More
