He was very knowledgeable and helpful during the ordering process, which can be very intimidating if you are unsure what options are right for you. Leasing officers were prompt and prepared when I went in to sign my lease paperwork. Delivery day went seamlessly, with an amazing tutorial on how to operate the car done by John.
