We have had a terrible experience with Mercedes and Autobahn dealership. We bought an expensive fully loaded vehicle which has been in the shop three times in 6 months - the car is a complete lemon. Af Autobahn dealership. We bought an expensive fully loaded vehicle which has been in the shop three times in 6 months - the car is a complete lemon. After the last time we picked up the car from yet another “battery/computer” replacement, it broke within a few days and apparently was from rodent damage. We have never had that happen to us or our neighbors and drive the car daily so this damage definitely occurred in the Mercedes service shop! To make matters worse, a rock hit the loaner car windshield and instead of autobahn being helpful they were keeping our car hostage and wouldn’t let us leave the dealership until we called in the insurance claim in front of them. This place has terrible services and bad cars, don’t waste your time or money buying anything from here! More
