He quickly responded to any questions .He kept in contact but never tried to use pushy sales techniques that put buyers off . I pondered the trade and purchase in my own time and they offered a very fair trade price and I was happy with the purchase . We arranged a time and on arriving at the dealership the car was parked in the front. There was never any question of not honoring the price for my trade in or numerous additional charges added ion in the sale ,so I knew exactly what the purchase price was,what the trade price ,was and what the remaining balance would be,before driving to Mini Fortworth .It made the whole purchase process more comfortable and honest . Kevan the sales manager introduced himself and was excellent, as I shared some conversations of my experience there and talked his ear off with tales of an 850 cc Mini I had 38 years ago back in England .
