The sales representatives were very friendly and informative. We test drove a few cars and I did not feel like I was getting pressured into buying something. I was extremely nervous about buying a new car because the last used car I bought turned out to be nothing but problems. I discovered A-Lux through edmunds.com and this was the first dealership I visited. the last used car I bought turned out to be nothing but problems. I discovered A-Lux through edmunds.com and this was the first dealership I visited. I saw the BMW I was interested in and it was BEAUTIFUL. I took it for a test ride and I knew it was the one. The price was very reasonable for this car, on the lower side of the blue book value. It was nice to feel like I wasn't being ripped off. There was a slight problem with the emblem on the back and A-Lux fixed it right away. I've been driving my car for a couple of weeks now and I absolutely love it. I am so happy with this purchase :) More
We were set on purchasing a Volvo S80 and had located 3 that were in the type of condition we wanted. A-Lux was the second place we visited, they had the car we wanted and the price was the lowest of the t that were in the type of condition we wanted. A-Lux was the second place we visited, they had the car we wanted and the price was the lowest of the three we were looking at. We did not buy on the first visit due to issues with our trade-in value being lower than we expected. We ended up selling our trade-in to Car Max for what we wanted, then went back to A-Lux to see the car again. It was no longer on sale, but they honored the sale price we had seen the week before. The entire transaction was handled right in front of us. Everyone was friendly and helpful. More
The entire experience was easy and stress free. I had emailed George with a list of cars the night before and he had them ready and waiting when I got there. I was able to view Carfax and inspections rep emailed George with a list of cars the night before and he had them ready and waiting when I got there. I was able to view Carfax and inspections reports for all vehicles prior to test driving. During the test drives I was not pressured by George into buying one vehicle over another. He asked me which I preferred and I never felt like I lost control of the situation. Ron and the owner, Shawn, went above and beyond to make sure I got financed for the lowest possible rate. These are all world class guys selling excellent luxury and well maintained, reliable vehicles. More
At first I was skeptical because I had looked around for a while for a car and I was considering a small car like a Honda or Toyota but then I noticed that my son was very tall and had to push the car seat a while for a car and I was considering a small car like a Honda or Toyota but then I noticed that my son was very tall and had to push the car seat back pretty far so as a family we decided to go back to a van. I previously own one and had lost it in a car crash. But when I saw this van I loved it and even compared it to an other van but this 2002 van was perfect I told my kids and we went to go see it I really loved it when I saw it. A small thing was that before I even got home I had a small problem with the window going up and down and the light that shows the fuel gauge was out and the dealership was kind to say to bring the car back and that they would take care of it. I brought it back on the Monday, November 11, 2013 and the young man that took care of us let the mechanic know our concerns. The Mechanic fixed our concerns and let us know that it was free of charge and I thought that was great and felt appreciative of how he handled himself. Thank You all at the A-Lux dealership for a wonderful experience. Maria C. Cuellar More
I submitted a good review after driving the vehicle for about 60 miles. Upon leaving work the day after I bought the Camaro, I went out to the car and the Convertible top, Wndows and radio weren't working. about 60 miles. Upon leaving work the day after I bought the Camaro, I went out to the car and the Convertible top, Wndows and radio weren't working. I drove back to my place of residence which was about 40 miles away. Before I actually had 117 miles on the car the top end started ticking really bad. I called the dealership and they said they would fix it but I would have to pay to tow it to there mechanic. They told me they replace the lifters and I went and picked it up. For the most part the noise had stopped with the exception of when I went over the pass to go Las Vegas. I check my oil regularly and noticed after they said they repaired the lifters the oil wasn't changed and was overfilled. I fould this slightly suspicious. I put about three thousand miles on the car and decided to change the oil. I took it to Jiffy lube and had them do it. Almost immediatly after changing the oil the ticking returned and now I am afraid to drive the car. I am not going to speculate that I was lied to because I have no proof. This car was sold as a one owner 92,000 original car like new. The complete safety checklist and so on. When I arrived at the dealership to look at the car originally I immediatly found the A/C was not working (They Charged it), It had a nasty rattle on the unerside of the motor, (Ended up being the starter and they fixed it). The console door was missing (They Replaced it). THe passenger sid rear blinker wasn't working (They Replaced the Bulb). THe radio knobs were missing (They Repalced them). So much for there claim of like new and ready to go. I really wanted the car and they had appeared to fix all that I thought was to be wring with the car. The next day the Top, Windows and radio stopped working (After taking with the owner who said his mechanic didn't have that problem when he fixed the lifters said he wasn't sure what would cause that). I googled it and in 5 seconds found out that it was the BCM module. They probably knew it all along. I bought a new one for $155 and replaced it myself. A few other things I dind't find until after I took possesion of the car is that the heater dumps water out on the floor of the passenger side (Clogged condensate drain for the A/C and most likely why the A/c wasn't charged when I originally looked at the car. The left blinker return is broken so you have to turn the blinker off manually. The security system is not working properly but that is pretty common eith the VATS factory Security systems. Overall I am just disappointed with the car and the condition it was advertised to be and what it actually is. It is not like new and has many problems. I will have the motor pulled and rebuilt because I like the car but I would be very weary of buying a car from A-lux Auto. George my saleman did a good job. Everything else was out of his hands. I will definitely recommend A-Lux Auto to anyone I know who wants to purchase a car. I don't buy cars very often, and was not looking forward to the experience at the outset but Soran was an excellent sale who wants to purchase a car. I don't buy cars very often, and was not looking forward to the experience at the outset but Soran was an excellent salesman, straightforward and low-key. I had already picked out the car I wanted from their website, and I appreciated the detailed information and even video on the car that I found there. All aspects of the transaction were handled professionally, and I am very happy so far with my 2009 Nissan Murano. PS. This is a legitimate review :) Chris Stevens More
They seem really perturbed that I interrupted their lunch break, and the salesman I talked to refused to let me test drive the car I was looking at unless I had cash on hand and was ready to buy it immediate break, and the salesman I talked to refused to let me test drive the car I was looking at unless I had cash on hand and was ready to buy it immediately. So don't go there unless you want to commit to buying the car before you test drive it. I'm not sure how they sell anything with that attitude. More

Is there any negotiating room because of their flawed cars? No, don't even attempt. Just keep shopping or just know you'll have to fix the car. More
