Every person I dealt with treated me with dignity and respect. I walked away at the end of the first visit, unsure if I should buy the car, but returned several days later and bought the car. I drove away excited and a little scared that I'd made the right decision. Months later, the car has proven to be a good one and I'm happy I bought it. More to the point, I'm happy I bought it from A Lux, because of all the places I'd been to before, A Lux seemed the most genuine and happy to earn my business. I'll be back to A Lux when I'm in the market to buy another car. More

Not only is there the inherent haggling over price, there is also the "as is" nature of the deal that makes an Buying a used car is usually the pits. Despite these factors, I left A Lux Auto impressed with the friendly atmosphere of the business and confident that I had been dealt with fairly and honestly (now there's a word not often associated with a used car transaction). I believe I was told everything to be known about the history of the vehicle, good and bad. While I would have preferred receiving the car for free, I am comfortable the price I paid was appropriate. I consider the entire experience a positive, again something not often associated with a used car transaction. More

Amazing staff, service and inventory! When I moved to CA a few weeks ago, I researched all of the respected used auto dealers in the area and A Lux always topped the list. A Lux auto is one of the best used car dealerships I have ever worked with. The staff is incredibly knowledgable, understanding and most importantly: non judgmental. You are free to look around their large inventory of cars without any pressure or hassle. The majority of the inventory is in excellent condition and priced competitively. In this day and age everyone is armed with knowledge from KBB and the like, and A Lux respects and works with that information as well. I was in a unique situation in terms of purchasing a used car from them and they went above and beyond my expectations to allow me to drive off their lot in one of their cars. I can't thank their team enough for the amazing service I received and I refer everyone I know to go to A Lux as well! If you are still not convinced, just stop by and look around, you won't be disappointed. More

My wife and I found a car we liked and we bought it. I have not had the car more than a few days, so I cannot rate that area... but I feel comfortable that I wont have any issues. In the world of used cars, I highly recommend giving them a shot at your business! I would recommend them to a friend or family member. More

Highly recommend! We drove up from San Diego to look at a used car. Everyone we talked to was very helpful. You really can trust their word Everyone knows that a car sales place is there to make some money. And shoppers are there to get a great deal. I was able to have a balance! No one there works on commission, so there is NO pressure to buy. They answered all of my questions and were concerned with all of my concerns. Buying used cars is a risk anywhere. I had been shopping for two months for what I wanted. I spoke to several dealers including some high-end fancy large volume dealers - the sales tricks were happening at the so-called "fancy" dealerships that you think wouldn't be trying to scam you. None of those tricks happened at A-Lux. I emailed about 50 dealerships while shopping on line. Most responded, but there were only two that met my expectations of service - one was A-Lux. When I asked about a warranty that was mentioned a week before I actually bought the car, one of the owners overheard and stepped in to tell Jimmy that he indeed offered a 30 day 1000 mile warranty to me through Nima, (Jimmy didn't know). When a man does what he says he'll do, he can be trusted. Shawn had just rescued a dog from Firestone Ave, stopping traffic, and is doing the right thing by the dog. I joked about that rescue being a sales ploy - to lure customers into thinking they are good people, but alas, it was no ploy. They ARE good people. You still need to do your homework, as with ANY used car purchase, and nobody knows what will happen with that car tomorrow. If you want to deal with honest people and NOT be pressured or tricked, then check A-Lux's inventory for vehicles that will suit you, and stop in there to see it. Ask about the rescued German Shepard, named Germainne...:) More
