George stated he himself was not going to be in the next day in which I planned to go, however he told me to ask for "Jimmy" in which he would brief Jimmy about our intention to a Volkswagon Passat we had saw on the internet. When we met Jimmy the next day, he actually walked out of your office to personally greet us with a genuine and welcoming smile and a firm handshake. Jimmy showed us the Passat my wife was interested in and was very informative as far as the actual car itself. I was impressed at how Jimmy made my wife Diana feel which was very relaxed, comfortable and at ease through the entire experience. We especially want to point out that one of Jimmy's forte was of being very helpful, compassion and honest before during and after the purchase sale. Jimmy had some simple work done on our vehicle in which we had left it overnight and ready for pick up as he had promised. This was also illustrated by Jimmy's ethical conduct when we had called a week later inquiring about a cargo cover that we discovered was missing. He politely and very professionally without being adversarial question us to determine if in fact it had a cover. To reiterate, Jimmy was not accusatory nor did he infer negligence on our part but actually provided my wife and I with one the very next day. To my wife this meant the world to her because that was one of the selling points and as for myself, the ethical and pleasurable conduct Jimmy exhibited to which I hope all of your other associates will emulate, toward not only a customer but to my wife, a very important main principal of my family. Though I love my '03 525i, I needed to buy a truck for business and sure enough, they had a beautiful (and luxurious) truck for me. The '01 Dodge Ram Sport I bought was in PRISTINE condition. I'd never seen one this nice before! It had all the bells and whistles--leather power heated seats, premium CD/Tape stereo with steering wheel controls, etc. It was nicer than my Beemer! Best of all was the PRICE. You'd think a place like this would really gouge you for the quality they sell, but surprisingly, quite the contrary! Before I made my purchase, I checked Kelly Blue Book online and found that they were selling the truck hundreds of dollars less than KBB value. It was a no-brainer and I purchased the truck that very same day. 6 weeks later, I noticed that my truck wasn't shifting into Overdrive (4th gear) and I was getting poor gas mileage on the freeway. I called A-Lux Auto and talked to the owner Shawn who said he'd be happy to have his mechanics look at it. A few days later I get a call from Ralph (the head Mechanic at A-Lux Auto) and he told me they replaced the Transmission Overdrive Solenoid, reprogrammed the computer, and the truck was working good as new. Now the best part.....They did this all FREE OF CHARGE! Shawn called me to say he just wanted to be sure I was satisfied with my purchase and thanked me for my business. Today I am loving my truck, it runs perfect as new, and I can't say enough how impressed I am with the service I received from A-Lux Auto. I will definitely be doing business with them again! More

Extremely Satisfied Customer I was browsing through the A-Lux Auto website to look through cars that I was interested in. Yve Montes was very helpful. She asked for the preferences that I was looking for in a future car purchase, so I told her I was looking for a white convertible preferably an Audi. I also had a budget that I had to stay between. Although they did not have exactly what I wanted, she gave me other options to take into consideration. She asked me to come in to test drive a car that I may have some sort of interest in. I did not know anything about a Volkswagon EOS 2.0t, but it was beyond what I preferred. Instead, it was a hardtop convertible with a unique grayish bluish color and the maintenance would not be as difficult as an Audi. It was a perfect fit for my preference and my personal character. Without the help of Yve, I would never have discovered this car. She went above and beyond to satisfy my needs of purchasing a used but very reliable car. Not only was this a very nice car, she stayed within my own budget. She definitely is someone I would refer others to purchase a car from, if they are looking for good customer service. George Pena assisted me in test driving the car. He was very sociable and had the capability of answering the questions that I had. Dora Prado was also very helpful in explaining the differences between insurances and warranty. Me being a first time buyer, I had no idea what any of these were. She was very patient and she extended the details. Overall, the staff at the A-Lux Auto Dealership are capable of satisfying the needs of their customers.
