Arrived unannounced with my oil light on and service required indication. Foley took control had the necessary inspections performed, added some oil and had the brake system flushed. I'd just got out of the hospital and couldn't 'drive. My car had a flat on a run flat tire but I had no way of getting it to the dealership. Karla was my service advisor.
