Mark Britton was "johnny on the spot" when I arrived for my appointment. I was disappointed though that I did not need service even though it registered on the cars readout that it was due. Come to find out, the computer was NOT "reset" after the last maintenance was done a few months back. Overall it turned out okay because I had a screw in my tire that needed to be repaired. Because the screw was close to the edge, I bought a new tire. So all was good even though I drive almost an hour to get to this dealership. More

Went in for oil change pulled up an service advisor an 5 porters turn an look at me but don't come out. Asked to have recalls checked never heard back during visit if this was done. Got video message that needed alignment due to tire wear (tires 3 days old), asked manger an he said was cause of history of no alignment, total lie had to send techs video. Maintance light was not reset. No recommendation for air filter, but yet it was very dirty( don't think it was even checked). Got 5 miles down the road an check engine light came on. Manger said he would look at it, but I have no trust in dealership, an asked for refund, Danny said not at liberty to do that. I figured Autobahn being high end dealership would get 5 star service it was not. He blamed everything on advisor an not tech. Got message asking to leave good BMW survey cause it effects there pay. I do not fill Danny the Manger went above an beyond to win back my business or to even let me walk away feeling like I didnt get ripped off. I now question if oil change was even done. This was a waste of my time an over 100 bucks for oil change. More

Service was for Mike Neveu. Had flat on loop north side of Ft Worth. Called Autobahn They offered to send service truckbut I elected to drive in on runflat tire. Met by Service Rep Yohan. He was terrific. of Ft Worth. Called Autobahn They offered to send service truckbut I elected to drive in on runflat tire. Met by Service Rep Yohan. He was terrific. He immediately took all of the car info, checked the flat, confirmed insurance coverage and got the car into the repair shop. Tire was replaced, car washed and ready to drive in under one hour, Yohan, the Service Department and Aotobahn Manager Aaron are a fantastic team. Big ThankYous to the entire Autobahn Team. More

Cody Cox was outstanding. He allowed us to test drive his vehicle and gave us a detailed briefing prior to the drive. He helped us order our vehicle online and keep us up to date on its progress.
