Autobahn BMW

I am so disappointed in my previous service experience at Autobahn Fort Worth. I have driven BMWs all my life and for the last 25 years used Autobahn to get my cars serviced. Last year my service advisor cha Autobahn Fort Worth. I have driven BMWs all my life and for the last 25 years used Autobahn to get my cars serviced. Last year my service advisor changed, and it has not been the same. I was promised a new floor mat for my car and was told I would be contacted to come and pick it up by my new service advisor. Well, it has been two weeks now. I have left several voicemails and text messages for my new service advisor, and no response. I don't mind paying for the mat but at least have the decency to call me back. I will no longer give a five-star review to Autobahn Fort Worth. More
