I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Autobahn BMW Fort Worth. I have been a loyal BMW owner for many years, and I have always been happy with the service I have r service I received from Autobahn BMW Fort Worth. I have been a loyal BMW owner for many years, and I have always been happy with the service I have received from other dealerships. However, my recent experience at Autobahn BMW was very different. I brought my car in for routine maintenance, and I was quoted a price that was significantly higher than what I had been quoted at other dealerships. When I asked about the difference, the service advisor told me that Autobahn BMW's prices were "market-competitive." However, I found the prices to be excessive, and I felt like I was being taken advantage of. In addition to the high prices, I was also disappointed with the customer service I received. The service advisor was rude and dismissive, and he did not seem to be interested in helping me. He also made it clear that I would not be eligible for a loaner car unless I purchased my car from Autobahn BMW. This was very frustrating, as I had to take my car home without a way to get around. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service I received from Autobahn BMW Fort Worth. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and I will not be doing business with them again. More

The service advisor was super! !! My car got taken care of quickly. Some things need fixing or correction...for example..the waiting room has one TV that is not working...restrooms !! HI I was treated with care this week as I bought a BMW and LandRover at the end of there leases for my daughters. I purchased for myself a CPO XC60 Volvo and plan to the enjoy that new luxury.
