The service and personnel, Karla Rodriguez and the drivers are awesome. Very disappointed to be without my car for 2 days and no loan cars available or exceptions made. It’s only vehicle I have as sin drivers are awesome. Very disappointed to be without my car for 2 days and no loan cars available or exceptions made. It’s only vehicle I have as single lady; no backup transportation and there were no cars to rent across the DFW metroplex. Fortunately, I was able to work 2 days from home after driver got me to office on Tuesday then brought me home. Otherwise it would’ve been two days without pay.
