I live 3 hours away from Autostar and found my car online. My first contact with Autostar was with Austin in Internet Services. After Juan's assurance that the car was in good shape, Ian gave me a ballpark estimate on my car's trade in value. I drove down and purchased the car in just a few hours. Everything was straight forward. There was no sales pressure and they gave me plenty of time to be sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I highly recommend Autostar of Sylva. (Due to a mix-up, I also stopped at Autostar of Waynesville where I was treated very disrespectfully. At Sylva, I was treated very respectfully.) More

Staff was very helpful & informative. I would certainly recommend the dealership to others. Two issues I have… 1) the owners manual was NOT in the car or glove compartment, although I would certainly recommend the dealership to others. Two issues I have… 1) the owners manual was NOT in the car or glove compartment, although I was told it was in the car, when Juan gestured that it was in the glove compartment, but it’s not in vehicle! 2) The right side mirror on the vehicle is hazy, so it needs to be corrected or replaced! I tried to wipe it, but the haze remains!! Very dangerous situation when I was driving home! 3) I am returning to the dealership as they are going to fix the haze & fogginess in the Right headlight. 4) Ian is giving me the second key fob for the vehicle as at time of purchase I only received 1 key fob. When the above items are handled as promised I will be totally satisfied. Thank you. More
