Best car buying experience Terence provided my family the best car buying experience I have ever had. We had called ahead to ensure the vehicle we were interested in was still Terence provided my family the best car buying experience I have ever had. We had called ahead to ensure the vehicle we were interested in was still available since we live an hour away. As we were driving to the dealership, it began raining and just would not stop which dampened the mood as well. When we arrived, we walked in and there was Terence with the vehicle pulled inside out of the rain and he was finishing washing it off himself. We were able to take our time and check the vehicle out properly without having to worry about the weather. Terence also did an excellent job guiding my wife during the test drive since we were in an unfamiliar area. Terence was extremely professional and you could not ask for someone more courteous and down to earth. I don't believe I have ever seen my wife so happy on a rainy day. Thank you Terence! More
