After they installed battery, I saw mud splattered all over driver's door. Car limped home. I had to return to dealership for left caliper. Dealership should have checked the battery when I first asked for help. I should have been issued a loaner car. I missed 2 appointments due to incompetence. Dealership should have paid my towing fee.
