I recently moved to Arden NC from Hampton NH so I had to find a Jeep Dealership to service my Grand. Out of the dealerships in the area I chose Autostar and I am so glad I did. The work was satisfactory, but the cashier needs a lot more training. She said she has been there for over a year, but really was not that customer friendly. Thank goodness for the Service Manager because he was extremely understanding of my concerns. I bought my vehicle at this dealership and have had one or two repairs made there. I do not live in Hendersonville, so I have to make special trips to have service done. I don't trust the dealership where I live, so I don't do business with them. So, if I can't get better service from the cashier than I did this time, I will probably take my business to Shelby. More
