Dishonest workers. Tried to claim they changed a thermostat and charged almost $500. Had to have it towed back in after driving it less than 10 miles. Service Department guys were fantastic. Had a 1:00 apointment. When I pulled in they immediatly pulled my van in the shop and performed service timely and accuratly. The oil change took 2 hours and I had an appointment. It was the same way on my last service. Took my jeep in multiple times for service and was poorly communicated with almost every time. This last time we called for service and we told them them that there was oil in the coolant and we had it towe communicated with almost every time. This last time we called for service and we told them them that there was oil in the coolant and we had it towed to the shop and after diagnostics testing was complete by the service department they said that there was nothing they could do because there was oil in the coolant. We were charged $180 for them to tell us there was nothing they could do and quoted a price of $23,000 to “fix it”! When we picked up the jeep we noticed on the paperwork it stated “customer states vehicle overheating” which was not true, we never have had an issue with this. We also requested all service records as this vehicle has been subject to multiple recalls. It has been almost a month and we still have not received them as Erik said he would send them to us. More
Eric was able to provide a driver to get me home so I would not have to wait, and he had him pick me up the next day so I would not have to trouble someone to take me there to pick up my vehicle.
