This place will never work on another jeep or any vehicles in my family or anyone's family,friend or coworkers that I know. They are dishonest. While the quality of service was very good, (replacement of a thermostat), I was really disappointed with the cost. While I agreed to have an evaluation done for the engine light being on, I was not inform of a thermostat), I was really disappointed with the cost. While I agreed to have an evaluation done for the engine light being on, I was not informed that it would cost me $150. If I had known, I would not have had it done, since it was more than likely that it was a bad thermostat causing the issue. I could have saved over $250 if I had had the work done at the repair shop near my home. Also, I was used to having the servicing organization present me with the defective part when the work was done for obvious reasons. They did not and I forgot to ask. I will say that Eric did his best giving me a price reduction and discount when he realized how upset I was, but it was still a very costly thermostat repair. More

I had an appointment for a prepaid oil change and also a tire rotation but the service department appeared unaware that’s what I was there for and didn’t know which prepaid service I was going through, it w tire rotation but the service department appeared unaware that’s what I was there for and didn’t know which prepaid service I was going through, it was Jeep. I arrived 5 or so minutes early for my 10 o’clock appointment and my vehicle was was taken from the appointment area at about 1001. My car was returned to the parking area at 1103. Being an ex auto mechanic, it it seems to me that it took about 15 minutes or so longer that it should have. Then it took another 10 minutes or so before being informed my vehicle was ready and was guided to check out. Again it seemed a little long for that part as well. The check out it self was on par. Quick and courteous. Not a horrible experience but there is room for improvement More
