Called and made an appointment for my wife’s car, describing the specific nature of the work needed. I was very impressed with the service I received at AUTOSTAR. My service advisor kept me up to date on what was being done to my car and when I could expect to have it returned to me. They took my car right in at 145pm with a 200pm appt. I got my car back at 300 pm and paid right away. My only thought was that it took a long time for am oil change and tire rotation.. Bad communication regarding answering phone and providing updates. Dropped my vehicle off on wed night finally got ahold of somebody on Friday who said two people didn’t show up for work and they hadn’t ev updates. Dropped my vehicle off on wed night finally got ahold of somebody on Friday who said two people didn’t show up for work and they hadn’t even looked at my vehicle yet. Apparently my time is not valued. Would have been nice to know this as I was out a vehicle for another day with no communication. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle after the diagnostic i was informed that they had over quoted my bill a 1,000 dollars. Need to improve communication and trust. Decided to buy a new vehicle and went elsewhere. If your behind in work and scheduling you need to be honest with customers I wouldn’t recommend unless there are drastic changes with communication More
