When I came in, I knew exactly what I wanted and Thad saw right to it that I got it. He didn’t try to upsale me in any way and was very communicative throughout the whole process. He connected with us on a h right to it that I got it. He didn’t try to upsale me in any way and was very communicative throughout the whole process. He connected with us on a human to human level which I can appreciate a lot. We did have an issue with financing which led to some disagreements with the financial manager, but ultimately, I took matters into my own hands and got the financing (that he was 100% sure I would NOT get) and walked off the lot that day with a new vehicle. Thank you Thad for all your help, I feel very blessed that it all worked out. More

Thad was awesome, super cool guy and didn’t try to pressure us into the car even though we knew we wanted it. I would recommend Thad to any of my friends or family looking for a car! The dealership ha pressure us into the car even though we knew we wanted it. I would recommend Thad to any of my friends or family looking for a car! The dealership had it for a relatively low price! However I was not impressed with the “loan officer” Ive purchased many cars in my time and when the loan guy came out and tried to talk us into the ridiculous interest rate loans, we wanted a buyers order to take to the bank. He refused several times to give me the buyers order, and told me that I basically had no idea what i was talking about. We ended up taking the loan paperwork to the bank (after still not getting the buyers order) and got a check in full for the car. Thad was amazing, but that loan officer can kick rocks. Saved ourselves $80 a month as well as almost $10,000 in interest. More
