I was in a bad accident on 3/22/24, my Jeep Latitude was totaled. The next week I went to Auto Star in Hendersonville to see what was available in the pre-owned vehicles. This young man was very empathic to my predicament, he understood that I was looking and didn't know what I would be getting as a settlement on my totaled car. He asked what I was looking for, price range and milage. He went out of his way to show me what he had in the Jeep Cherokees there. When I was leaving I asked that he keep me in mind on incoming Jeeps that I was interested in. We stayed in contact and yesterday I bought my replacement car, Jeep Cherokee Laredo with everything that I was looking for and Alejandro was right there to show me and my husband the car and be there to close the deal.
