My experience was the best I've ever had at a dealership. My Service Advisor - Erik, was great,. He had my apt. information, took the car in promptly, explained that there were 2 outstanding recalls on the v My Service Advisor - Erik, was great,. He had my apt. information, took the car in promptly, explained that there were 2 outstanding recalls on the vehicle, gave me a possible explanation for what my immediate problem was and got my contact info. I elected to stay and wait for my car and was pleasantly surprised by the great waiting area with free coffee and water, vending machines, comfortable and ample seating and a big screen television. The car was done within an hour or so and, it turns out, the software (recall) upgrades got rid of my problem. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently and all at no charge. Best service appointment ever!!! More
