We could tell he truly cared about our situation and finding the right car for our family. We also interacted with Mary Holbrook, and she made sure that we got to the right person to help us. She followed us along our journey and made sure we were 110% satisfied every step of the way. Everyone down to the finance manager, Mike Baker, was so kind and personable. When we were leaving, the car that we drove there had some trouble starting, and all available associates flocked to give us a jump. They dealt with my tired and impatient children so well. Our Salesman was Caleb Griffin and he was very pleasant to talk to and when we took a test drive he explained a lot of the features of the 2019 Dodge Charger RT that we were thinking about buying. He went over more of the features of the car than any previous salesmen we had while purchasing other vehicles. Even though he was asked to help another couple he still took the time to make sure we felt important. He did a great job in getting the paper work done and the dealership gave us an outstanding trade value on our 2015 Dodge Charger RT. We were very happy with the final figures and agreed to purchase new vehicle. The owner of the dealership gave us a compliment on our trade in as no one has ever given that clean a car inside and out with the amount of mileage we had on the vehicle. It was trade in ready and ready to be put on the lot without any prep work by dealership. Mike Baker did an out standing job on having all the paper work ready for us and in relativity short time we had all paper work done and went over every and all questions we had.
