Just LIke Family! I had no intention of buying a vehicle when I dropped my PT Cruiser off for service. While I was waiting for my husband, I wandered into the show room I had no intention of buying a vehicle when I dropped my PT Cruiser off for service. While I was waiting for my husband, I wandered into the show room. A salesman asked if he could help me. I asked him to show me the used vehicles. I fell in love with a 2014 Jeep Compass. It was just the color I was looking for, it was in my price range, and the salesman let me look to my heart's content, answering all of my questions. We test drove it and the rest (as they say) is history. It is now sitting in my drive way. I highly recommend this dealership for the purchase of a new or used vehicle. The staff (both sales and service) are very friendly. We were treated just like family and we appreciate that very much. You may say that they were trying to make a sale, but we beg to differ. We were never pushed into buying anything, never made to feel as if we had to buy from them. This latest purchase is our 5th Chrysler from this dealership and we have always been pleased with everyone who works there. We give them the highest rating in all areas. Not a good dealership I bought a ram 2500 from Eric.1at I ask was the truck a repo,flood,used for company,been in any wrecks.he stated no.well I found the following thing o I bought a ram 2500 from Eric.1at I ask was the truck a repo,flood,used for company,been in any wrecks.he stated no.well I found the following thing once a got home.1-tail gate had been hit and poor repair job.2-bed had dents,scared up very bad and was hidden with a bed liner.3- tan clogged mud in the chassis,some of which was painted over black.body was clean but should have looked under truck and bed liner.they was contacted about these matters then wax the tail gate.4- tire had a non repairable hole in side wall.found when I got home.they stated that they couldn't sell a truck with that,so maybe I hit a curb but there non around me.so that cost $950.00 for tires.5-then found out truck was bought from a out a state sale from Louisiana,which I told them I didn't buy trucks from sales.6- I live in s.c I ask was they going do all my paperwork they stated that they handled everything.will 3 weeks later I get the paper work mailed to me not handled.so I call Eric my sale man and told him the papers weren't filled out or took to d.m.v stated he would call me back.he never called back now I have 2 trips to d.m.v from there laziness not handling the paper work correctly.
