Amazing Service Staff! Since I purchased my Jeep Cherokee Limited at this dealership in 2015, I have received outstanding service from the Service Department. Recently, I h Since I purchased my Jeep Cherokee Limited at this dealership in 2015, I have received outstanding service from the Service Department. Recently, I had my Jeep in for a routine oil change. I had some concerns about a tire flap that was coming loose on the right front tire. Anthony Gibbs, Quick Line Service Consultant, went above and beyond the call of duty to rectify this issue. Anthony told me to come back that afternoon and the staff would repair this issue. I brought my Jeep back that same day, the loose tire flap was tightened with a pin and the problem was solved. To top it off, I did not have to pay for this additional repair. While a small repair, it made a huge impression on me that Anthony went so far out of his way to ensure this repair issue was completed in an expeditious manner.
