My son purchased his very first car from this dealership in February of this year. His purchase was a 2017 Chevy Cruze. From the day of purchase this car has had nothing but mechanical problems. It has been in February of this year. His purchase was a 2017 Chevy Cruze. From the day of purchase this car has had nothing but mechanical problems. It has been in the shop 5 times with 3 of those times being in the Autostar service center. The last time the car was at the service center was the end of June 2023. After an almost $600 repair bill the car once again went into protective mode and is undrivable. When my son called the service center about the issue he was told to bring the car back and he would be charged $150 to "diagnose the issue". The car was not fixed the last time it was in the shop and they wanted to charge him again!! Very bad customer service. At this point the car is going back to the finance company. I absolutely do not recommend this dealership. More

Service manager professional. Work on van was excellent. The only issue was with tire rotation. they did not change the tire pressures after rotating.
