You have the best Service Department in the business. I will never take my Charger anywhere else. I have nothing but praise for Chris Waters and your service department. Chris went above and beyond in handling an unusual service situation for our RAM Promaster van. We had a slow coolant leak result service department. Chris went above and beyond in handling an unusual service situation for our RAM Promaster van. We had a slow coolant leak resulting from an extension to the coolant line done by the RV upfitter, from whose dealer we bought the vehicle. The RV dealer(s) did not have the expertise or equipment to service the RAM chassis, but the faulty part was not a RAM part. Chris was willing to accept the challenge of dealing with the RV manufacturer to obtain the necessary part and then having your service tech(s) perform the repair. Thank you! More

Had an issue with a slow leak in a rear tire on our Grand Cherokee. Went to a local tire store 1st and the could not find it. Made a decision to take to Auto Star where we purchased it. Our service writer w Cherokee. Went to a local tire store 1st and the could not find it. Made a decision to take to Auto Star where we purchased it. Our service writer was an amazingly attentive young woman who listened closely to my concern. She wrote it up walked me to the customer lounge. 20 minutes later she came in with the small nail that caused the problem and the repair completed promptly. Great Job !!! More

The service dept people are very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Brian and Donnie are the names I could remember. The last time I went Brian was on vacation and a lady with long hair I think named Am knowledgeable. Brian and Donnie are the names I could remember. The last time I went Brian was on vacation and a lady with long hair I think named Amanda helped me and she too was just like Brian. I love going there for my vehicle maintenance.
