On June 23, 2022 me and my wife had started our day looking for a AWD SUV from Autostar in Sylva, NC but experienced bad customer service so we decided to drive to Waynesville, NC Autostar. We were greeted by salesman Emanuel Pino and felt in our spirits that he was very good man looking out for people in any way he could. Emanuel started asking us what we were interested in and easily narrowed the search to a couple SUV's then test drove the cars. Our experience with Emanuel during the test drive he was very friendly and answered all our questions honestly. Before we left the dealership Emanuel and the grace of God he assured we would leave in a used SUV that day and praise God we drove home in 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport. Went in for service and after service had a major oil leak that puddled my garage. Of course when I took Vehicle back two days later I was told needed more repair replacing the gasket.
