It’s convenient to where I live. I came in for an express oil change a week earlier and it was going to be more than an hour wait. So I went home and made an appointment online. When I came in for an express oil change a week earlier and it was going to be more than an hour wait. So I went home and made an appointment online. When I came for the appt they did not have me on the schedule. The good news is they were able to get me in and I was out in less than an hour. I don’t agree with charging $22 to rotate the tires. That’s always been a no charge item for me. The biggest negative is that this is the only business I am familiar with that charges the customer the 3% credit card fee. So I write a check that takes the cashier 5X longer to process and you actually don’t get the money until it clears my bank. Why punish the customer with the credit card fee?? I’m seriously considering going back to Fields Jeep in Asheville where they don’t charge extra fees. More
