My appointment was for 1:00 for an oil change and at 1:20 they pulled it into the bay and at 1:30 they pulled it out because another car that had been taken for test drive had precedence. I understand that you guys are trying to accommodate everyone but what is the point in making an appointment? The biggest disappointment was when I tried to use my washer fluid and it was empty. I guess I'm old school and fluid were checked when you got an oilchange. More
